Thank you for taking the time to do this for the practice.

Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent survey.  We value your opinion and hope to take action on your suggestions over the next few months.  Thank you  for your encouraging & supportive words about all the staff but especially for the praise of the Reception staff, which we have passed to to them.  Some questions that have been raised;

Lack of Parking;

May we remind everyone that not only can you park in the parking bays in The Green but also there is free parking behind the Easthampstead shops which for those of us without mobility problems, is only a two minute walk away.

We have also been asked to point out, by one patient, that it is very dangerous to both cars and pedestrians to park on the Yellow line at the edge of The Green.  We thank you for your consideration when parking even if only for a short while.

Lack of privacy when Speaking to Receptionists;

We are aware that this can be a problem.  Please feel free to ask for a confidential word if you require one.  We always have a free room where we can accomodate anyone who feels that they would like to talk in private.

Baby Buggies;

A couple of our Mums have pointed out that Buggies are now very expensive items and although they can be left outside under cover they are not in a secure area.  Please note that we have not had any problems with Buggies going missing to date but it is a concern of some Mums.  We will look into this and ask you for suggestions but lack of space is a continual concern we have in our building.  If anyone out there has some good ideas please email us.  In the mean time please feel free to ask the receptionists on duty to keep an eye on your buggies when left outside.

Questions for next Survey;

Suggestions for future surveys have included - Clinical Care - opening times & getting appointments.

Please remember that we are all part of Easthampstead Surgery and your opinions matter to us all.
